How do I scan a document?

Open Tuskk, tap the Scan tab, and point your camera at any physical item — receipt, business card, document, prescription, or anything else. Tuskk will automatically extract all relevant information.

How do I search my memories?

Tap the Ask button (chat icon) and type a natural language question like "How much did I spend at Trader Joe's?" or "Show me my insurance card." Tuskk searches across all your scanned items.

What's included in the free plan?

Free users can scan and save items with a limited weekly AI budget. You get enough credits for basic scanning and search. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited scans, real-time intelligence, and priority processing.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tuskk
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tuskk

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual memories by opening them and tapping delete. To delete your entire account and all data, go to Profile → Delete Account. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your scanned items are stored securely and are only accessible through your authenticated account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile → Export Data. You can export all your memories as JSON or CSV. The export will be processed and delivered to your email.
